HOME STAGING: ALL ROUND PACKAGE

• Consultation on site

• Inventory and requirements analysis of the entire property

• Coordination of all home staging measures to be carried out

• Coordination and control of all pending services (clearing, cleaning, painting, repair work, gardening, maintenance of the outdoor area)

• Provision of rental furniture and decoration (rental furniture usually stays in the property until the contracts are signed. Experience shows that this happens within 3 - 4 months). The time span is flexible and can be adjusted accordingly.

• Photoshoot (not included in the package price)

 

PRICES

The Home Staging: All Round Package is calculated individually depending on the effort and experience has shown that it is around 1 - 3% of the expected sales price of the property. The calculation depends on the size, effort and condition of the property. Further costs may arise as required and in agreement with the seller for rental furniture, accessories and the commissioning of external services (craftsmen, gardeners, cleaning company).

HOME STAGING: DAY PACKAGE

Ideal for inhabited properties and owners who want to lend a hand.

 

We visit you in your property and create a written concept for the entire property. Based on this home staging concept, which includes the inventory of the interior and exterior facilities, we carry out the desired measures together with you. (Duration 7 - 8 hours).

You will receive lots of helpful tips and a checklist that will make it easier for you to implement suitable measures (duration 2 - 2.5 hours).
